Returns & Exchange Policy

Each piece in our collection is carefully handcrafted and hand filled. Everyone has personal taste & preferences when it comes to fragrances, so returns / exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction of fragrance or for reasons of disliking the scent cannot be offered, sorry.

We happily replace / exchange any damaged or defective items and will fully refund your original purchase price.

Please photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Kindly send us a detailed email at care@rociindia.com with the reason for return / exchange within seven days of delivery and we will honour your refund immediately. Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery please.

We at ROCI INDIA are very proud of our creations and the care and love that goes into handcrafting each candle and perfume bottle to ensure it reaches you in superlative condition.

We want you to love our creations as much as we do. Please reach out to us at care@rociindia.com for advice on your fragrance selection and we will be happy to recommend the candle or perfume for your taste.


EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • Email at care@rociindia.com
  • For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

  • Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.
  • We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  • Our credit notes can only be used on our website.
